General Information Regarding Your Application:

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, as the data subject, you can apply to Fourwinds Site Management (“Organization”) and make the following requests:

(1) To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not, (2) To request information if your personal data has been processed, (3) To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (4) To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally, (5) To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request the notification of such correction to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (6) To request the erasure, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request the notification of such action to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (7) To object to the occurrence of a result against you, arising from the analysis of your processed data solely through automated systems, (8) To request the compensation of any damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.

Application Method:

You can reach us in writing or using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, or the email address you have previously provided, in accordance with Article 13 of the aforementioned Law No. 6698 and the Regulation on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

As per the second paragraph of Article 13 of the law, your applications submitted to us will be responded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with the relevant Article 13 of the law.
