IT IS CALL FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE BOARD OF FLOOR OWNERS.
Dear Fourwinds-Park Residences Floor Owner,
Bact to back earthquakes that took place in Kahramanmaraş and nearby provinces, dated 06.02.2023, intensified questions were received from our floor residents about “building earthquake safety” related to our site.
Upon these events, it was predicted that it would be beneficial to obtain a “building earthquake safety report” by the publicly known institution regarding the earthquake resistance of the buildings on our site.
In this direction, in order to discuss the issue of obtaining a building earthquake safety report, and to submit to your votes the proposal received and the price to be paid (ie the cost of the job), on Saturday, 03.06.2023, at 12:00 in the A Block Meeting Hall on our site, “Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Flat Owners”. ” will be carried out.
If a quorum cannot be reached in the first meeting, the second meeting will be held at the same place on Saturday, 10.06.2023 at 12:00, without seeking a majority.
All floor owners are kindly requested to attend the meeting or appoint a proxy to rep resent them.
